I am a first-time buyer of a Honda. The Honda Dealership in Ocala, Florida Certainly did a great job . . . . I purchased a 2024 Honda Civic Sport. The rearview mirror needed replacing. We just purchased our second Honda CRV at Honda of Ocala. Our sales consultant, Alexander Bowers was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with! We have always had great service from this dealership. Most people dread having to deal with car sales people. Our advice is research the vehicle you want. Know what you want to pay. And buy from Honda of Ocala!

Honda produces amazing cars. Juan Riveria provided phenomenal service and explained all the features of the car with expertise. The only drawback of purchasing a new car from Honda of Ocala was the “mandatory” package included, at a premium cost, we were required to purchase as part of the deal. In spite of the near show stopper package, Juan Riveria won us over and we closed the deal.

Michael Lehman was very knowledgeable and helpful guiding us through the looking and purchasing of our 2024 Honda Pilot. He answered all of our questions and helped us purchase the right vehicle to meet all of our needs and wants. The whole process of trading in our Honda Ridgeline and purchasing the Pilot went smoothly and quickly. Mike walked us through the car’s features and even helped us set up our phones! From the front desk receptionist to the sales consultant, Mike Keegan, to the financing staff, everyone was pleasant and concerned that we have the best service. Having bought there before, we know that the vehicle service department is also excellent and we're looking forward to working with Mark when our newest car is ready for its first servicing.

Honda has the greatest Service Team. They very much try to quickly find the issue and fix it promptly. I recommend Rob Young at Honda of Ocala. He makes sure to let you know all pricing so you are not caught off guard. He makes time for you. If you have an issue he works with you. In a nut shell a great guy.
